Our team leaders manage the different operatives within the Bakery, this ranges from the bread shift to the night shift operatives. Between the Team leaders they manage a total of 20 Bakery operatives. All our team leaders have worked at White’s Bakery for a total of 70 years plus together and have completed training procedures to the highest standard to ensure they are right for the job
Brad Firth, Store Coordinator
Brad deals with all incoming deliveries and dispatch of goods, manages raw ingredients and packaging. He is also full trained in HACCP.
