Excellent service, nothing is too much trouble for them. Very professional from speaking to them on the phone placing orders to delivery drivers dropping off the orders. Great variety of cakes and biscuits the children and staff alike really enjoy the selection we have. Obviously the staff and I have had to sample the cakes which go out so we can advise the children and they are all extremely tasty, and very appealing to look at. The sample box went down well at open evening.

Sandwich King have dealt with yourselves, whites bakery for many years now and have always had reliable customer service. Whenever we have needed a last minute extra order, anyone who I speak to is always on the ball and ready to help. Lisa, Jasmine, Sarah, Becky, Georgina, Mathew, John are always so so friendly and quick to respond. There is a great deal of variety for confectionary, the quality of these are brilliant. Our customers love them! You have tailored the paninis and worked with us with these and continue to work with us to improve these. They’re a great product especially once heated. The bar marking for the paninis and our bloomer slices is essential to us. I think it may be good to look at some alternative bread products we could add to our menu.

We are in-house and for a long time we have baked all our own goods, I met whites at LACA who gave me a huge box of goodies which were all lovely, then Sarah came out with samples for the children which went down a storm so we made the switch as it help consistence, and enables us to put the staff hours into producing food in other areas, also it helps with allergens and hygiene. We haven’t noticed a drop in sales so its working really well for us. We still do our own brownies thinking we could never swop them however after the pupils sampled them they preferred Whites!!!
